Eaglets are the rising stars. This program is committed to teach basic self-defense, kicks, and rolls under a safe environment by skilled instructors. Through variety of fun activities, physical exercise, and mental discipline, the cubs will develop a sense of respect, teamwork, coordination, confidence, and interpersonal communication skills that are critical for healthy development.
Ninja Warrior (Age 6-12)
Ninja Warrior are youngsters of fierce and mature mentality. The program provides intermediary levels of fitness to hone the physical, mental, and moral strength through the carefully designed curriculum. The class also concentrates on individual harnessing of emotional self-restraint, perseverance, and work ethics that are required for young students to be successful in a new academic setting
Youth & Adult (Age 13+)

Adult Black Belt: Ssaulabi & Ssaulomi
Youth and Adult are disciplined through the rigorous training standards designed to help express the full potential as a leading martial art practitioner. This class teaches the practical skills of self-defense, advanced kicks, falls and rolls, and meticulously observed forms. Anyone in this class is expected to strive for excellence and develop a philosophy of humility, kindness, moral maturity, and mental strength to be a necessary leader in society.

ABOUT GRAND MASTER
YOUNG SUK PARK
Internationally renowned, GM Young Suk Park is the top world class martial artist who has been largely regarded as the prime architect of modern Taekwondo in South Korea after years of teaching experience. She had served as the international judge at World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) and director of Committee of Education Division at Kukkiwon. She is the honorary winner of US Bill Clinton Athletic Award as well. Furthermore, she had served the Korean Military Academy as the martial arts official for many years. For her stellar achievements, she received Award of Appreciation from French Taekwondo Federation and Chief of Olympic National Representative Technique Committee. As the member of Korean Chiropractic Institute, she is highly knowledgeable in human physiology and has earned numerous certificates. Lastly, she is one of the few leading female martial artists and has tirelessly worked for Korean Women Taekwondo Federation.
